How we handle creator recipes

We publish a recipe only after reading the creator's own caption. We do not reconstruct a recipe from its title or from a video thumbnail.
Ingredients and quantities stay as the creator wrote them. The method is rewritten in our own words, with our own timing, technique, and food-safety notes.
Every adapted recipe names the creator, links to the original post, and embeds it rather than rehosting their media.
Anything the caption does not state — yields, weights, temperatures — is either left out or labeled as our estimate.
Creators can ask us to change or remove an adaptation at any time.
